			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>If you&#8217;re a woman you&#8217;ve probably been told to check your breasts each month for lumps as it can be a sign that you have breast cancer, but did you know there&#8217;s another breast cancer that can&#8217;t be detected like this?  Yep, it&#8217;s true.  It&#8217;s called <a href="http://www.ibcresearch.org/">Inflammatory Breast Cancer</a>.</p>
<p>Some common signs:</p>
<ul></ul>
<ul>
<li>Swelling, usually sudden, sometimes a cup size in a few days</li>
<li>Itching</li>
<li>Pink, red, or dark colored area (called erythema) sometimes with texture similar to the skin of an orange (called peau d’orange)</li>
<li>Ridges and thickened areas of the skin</li>
<li>Nipple retraction</li>
<li>Nipple discharge, may or may not be bloody</li>
<li>Breast is warm to the touch</li>
<li>Breast pain (from a constant ache to stabbing pains)</li>
<li>Change in color and texture of the areola</li>

<p>I don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s more disturbing. Knowing that there&#8217;s two kinds of breast cancer or knowing that organizations that deal with breast cancer patients don&#8217;t appear aware that there two kinds of breast cancer.</p>
