So funny I forgot to laugh

Number 41 on pro-choice women:

For those of you who can’t watch or don’t want to watch the video here’s the rundown:

Talking head says something about lighter moments, Bill Clinton & cuts to:

Pappy Bush making a “joke” about a run in he had with a pro-choice woman whom he described as the ugliest and angriest woman he’s ever run into.  She was carrying a sign stating “stay out of my womb” and his response was to say “no problem”.

Bill Clinton follows him and whines about how he could never get away with making a sexist “joke” like that and closes the clip with another “joke” about two dogs watching kids break dance and declaring they’d be wormed if they did that.

Personally, I’m not angry with Bush as it’s rather common for conservative men to make it known that women are little more than animated fuck-dolls put on the planet to serve them.

It’s also common for them to describe women who don’t play along with this as “ugly” and “angry” bitches they’d never fuck in the first place.

But, Bill?

Here’s a a man who states he’s pro-woman and a man whose own wife and daughter have been the recipients of sexist attacks for well over a decade now.

He is also a high ranking member of  a political party who’s male members are routinely slammed in sexist terms themselves.

And all he can do is whine about how he can’t be as publicly sexist as Republican men?!?

Fuck him.

On the bright side, isn’t it great that the men have found at least one thing they can be bipartisan about in these tumultuous times?

The dog joke was funnier

Bush Sr., not so much.
I’m not sure Clinton actually approved and might have been calling him on it. But, but, Clinton! Given Clinton’s background, it comes across as “I wish I could say that”. There a party with that kind of platform for you sir.
