According to CNN, Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel sent a memo out yesterday halting all pending regulations until Obama’s administration reviews them:
White House officials tell CNN Obama Chief Staff of Staff Rahm Emanuel sent a memo Tuesday to all agencies and departments of the federal government. The memo halts further consideration of pending regulations throughout the government until a legal and policy review can be conducted by the Obama administration.
I’m not sure what this means for the new HHS Regulations that were recently green lighted, but it’s good to see that Obama and team are on the ball about this.

He certainly has his work cut out for him, doesn’t he? I will be very interested to see whether the American people swallow the sacrifice and volunteerism for which he seems to be asking.
