Obama’s not only defended his choice of Rick Warren, but is also claiming to be a fierce advocate of equality for the LGBT community.
Obama told reporters in Chicago that America needs to “come together,” even when there’s disagreement on social issues. He also said it’s “no secret” that he’s a “fierce advocate for equality” for gays and lesbians — and he said that support will continue.
Exactly what the fuck has this guy been smoking? Because it’s clearly not nicotine. Fierce advocates of equality do not give a seat of honour to the fierce advocates of inequality!
What a fucking letdown. I was looking forward to this January. Now, it’s like it’s 1996 again. Bah, humbug.
