You can’t pay people to not screw

Just ask Phillipia Faust who’s holding a contest for engaged couples to win $10K provided they don’t screw each other prior to the wedding.
There seems to be one small problem with a contest that would pay $10,000 to an engaged couple — they can’t be engaged in premarital sex.
