The database for wordpress went all wonky this morning resulting in the loss of several posts and all the comments for the past week or so. I managed to rescue most posts using Google’s cache, but a few are gone and will not be returning. The comments are another matter and I’ll see what I can do about restoring them.
UPDATE 4/30: Â With the exception of my own comments (WP doesn’t send copies of author comments), I think I’ve managed to restore all the missing comments from the past week. Â I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten everyone’s info correct, but if you see an error, just let me know via email or comments on this post.
