This has got to be the most ridiculous thing yet. An unidentified teacher at Higgins High School in Marrero, Louisiana turned away dozens of young women from the senior prom because of their dresses.
The picture over to the left is of three of the young women. Common feature? Not just breasts, but obvious breasts.
WTF is wrong with that? Nothing, unless one thinks that the female form is inherently wrong and that those whose femaleness is explicitly obvious, even enhanced, are to be banished from sight.

I remember when I was in High School (this was in the 80’s), none of the girls looked like women, they looked like normal kids. It’s so weird today when you go shopping and there are teen girls walking around who look like they are physically in their mid 20’s but are probably not a day over 16. What are kids eating these days that makes them “mature” faster than when I was young? Or have I already become an old fart who just wants the kids to stay off the damn lawn? :)
It’s not just the girls either. Most of the boys I see are a head taller than me (yes, I’m only 5′7″, but still) and outweigh me by about 50lbs.
As for the girls getting banned from the prom for wearing “revealing” dresses I think some people (the teacher) still want it to be 1954 and just can’t accept the fact that the culture has changed. Of course, she may not have actually believed these girls were still only in high school, but I’m sure they had their student ID’s on them, I just don’t know where they would keep them :)
The dresses shown in that picture don’t look that bad at all. Apparently this teacher doesn’t go outside much in summer.
